Puori Electrolytes+ is a daily electrolyte drink mix made for times when fluid loss may be higher, such as training, warm weather, sauna use, or travel. With a fresh lemon flavour and portable single-serve sachets, it’s an easy way to add electrolytes to your daily hydration routine.

The formula combines sodium and potassium in a considered 2:1 ratio, alongside magnesium and selected trace minerals. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal muscle function, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Easy to mix with cold water, Electrolytes+ offers a simple, refreshing way to add key electrolytes to your hydration routine, whether you’re training, travelling, or spending time in the heat.

Recommended daily dose for adults: 1 sachet daily. Mix with 500–1000 ml cold water and stir until dissolved. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
